“I'm not sure what the word limit is here, but it's not enough to describe how great it was working with Valerie. From our very first meeting she was warm, fun, open, and full of so much advice that my wife and I started wondering if we ought to pay her extra. (Thankfully her delightful personality is included in the fee.)She understood our style perfectly and did such a phenomenal job of capturing our personalities in her photography, despite us giving her nonsense directions like "elegant but silly." As a guy with a, let's say "limited" grasp of aesthetics, I didn't really have any specific ideas for photos I wanted, but Valerie always kept an eye on me during the shoots and knew when I had an idea almost before I did. Valerie is amazing in so many ways! Firstly, she's so communicative and helpful. We were planning a Leavenworth destination wedding from Australia, and any time we had a question about anything or needed recommendations, Valerie would go above and beyond in helping us and making us feel comfortable with the whole planning process. On the day of the the wedding, she is so bright, fun, and great to be around. She put us right at ease, and we felt so comfortable having her there sharing in all our intimate moments. And finally, the quality of her work speaks for itself! I don't know how she did it, but it feels like she captured every single special moment, and in a way that reflects how we experienced the day. It's so special having so many great photos of our closest friends and family, and she was able to capture all the emotion, the love, and the fun! I can't recommend Valerie enough!
